The American Tourister Vivolite is made with PressProTM Technology, the new generation of polypropylene luggage. As a result of this technology, a high-tech press forming process gives the luggage increased strength and lightness which helps them to absorb more force and become more sustainable to impact even in sub-zero temperatures.
As part of this manufacturing process, an extruded polypropylene sheet, which are both durable and recyclable, is placed under high temperature of nearly 200 degree centigrade and pressure equivalent to 80+ tonnes to form the shell. Vivolite comes with a protection film which is laminated on top of the polypropylene sheet to give it a glossy, diamond-like finish which not only improves the strength on the surface but also makes it less prone to scratches. The new collection comes with an ergonomic contemporary design which is hugely inspired by nature – the ridges depicting the swell lines caused by the waves along the coastal lines. Besides adding to the look and feel, the ridges also add extra strength to the luggage.
Equipped with added features to offer the perfect blend of functionality and strength, Vivolite sports a chic look and comes in five colours, including Hot Pink, Navy, Purple, Lemon and Lime Green.
