Extensive expansion plans for the group announced in the UAE

Dubai, June 30, 2013 - India's largest privately owned group of K12 schools, Ryan International Group of Institutions is now the largest Indian delegation at the Global Round at Dubai of the World Scholars Cup, 2013. The World Scholars Cup, started in Korea in 2007 and brings students competitions and conferences different from the usual, in order to celebrate learning and help children understand the big picture before branching off into their specialised fields of interest.

The Ryan Schools have been winning accolades at this event across the globe – first in Singapore, then in Bangkok and also at the inaugural India Round at New Delhi. Ryanites have won this, participating against the best students across the globe, and thereby established themselves as a very potent force in the competition.

Last year the Ryan Group hosted the first ever regional round in New Delhi - India, which was a big success becoming the largest ever regional round of the World Scholar's Cup.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ryan Pinto, CEO, said, “We are proud of our students and their achievements. They participated in the World Scholars Cup for the very first time in Singapore last year and brought laurels to the school. This is a clear indicator of how the Ryan way of schooling is hugely beneficial to children. We are grateful, as ever, to the Almighty for all that He has bestowed upon us.”

'We are also glad to announce that we are expanding into in the UAE. With the successful launch of our first school in Sharjah, we plan to open several schools in the UAE, continuing our legacy of making a positive difference in the lives of children. We are expanding globally and we see great potential in the future of the UAE. We are highly inspired with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, Vice-President of the UAE , Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai and we look forward to following his vision in the field of education by enriching the learning experiences of the students here and shaping them into the global leaders of tomorrow' he added.

Over the last three decades, the Ryan International Group of Institutions, headed by Founder Chairman Dr. Augustine F Pinto and Managing Director Grace Pinto, has grown to be one of the largest groups of K-12 schools in the country providing holistic education to over 250,000 students spread across 16 states in India.  As a premiere institution, Ryan has been passionately working to develop young minds to be prepared for the challenges of a rapidly evolving world with values to live by.

Through its innovate and progressive approach, fine-tuned with the changing trends in global education and leadership the Ryan Schools have become the preferred choice for discerning parents across the country.
