- 6 special Iftar recipes from around the Region developed to inspire delicious family meals
Dubai, UAE – July 4th, 2013 – Coca-Cola Middle East have announced a unique partnership with renowned Chef and TV personality Chadi Zeitouni for the month of Ramadan to create six traditional and delicious Arabic recipes from around the Region for families to enjoy. Chef Chadi is featured on top Middle East satellite channels with over 6500 hours of tv cooking interacting with thousands of moms per episode.
The holy month of Ramadan focuses on the togetherness of family and friends over delicious meals, and despite the fact that inspiration for meals can be hard to come by, statistics* show that, for mothers, cooking is one of their top five most enjoyed Ramadan activities . To encourage togetherness and maximize family time Coca-Cola is providing the recipes to simple and refreshing meals developed by the renowned Arab cuisine chef Chadi Zeitouni, available on Coca-Cola family size bottles. Chef Chadi and Coca-Cola have taken renowned Arab dishes and simplified them so that every cooking experience is full of refreshing new flavors and simple techniques. The Ramadan Coca-Cola recipes do not compromise on taste, making them irresistible to the whole family and accessible on each Coca-Cola family size bottle.
The special collaboration from Coca-Cola will allow families and friends to sample dishes from the UAE, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Oman and Iraq. The recipes chosen are iconic to the Middle East, and among the most popular dishes during Ramadan. They include:

• Lebanese Kibbe
• Saudi Kabsa
• Jodanian Mansaf
• Omani Mahshi
• Iraqi Barda Balaw
