[UAE, July 4, 2013] The Business Park, a free zone office complex and a key component of Dubai World Central (DWC), the world's first purpose-built aerotropolis, organized recently an educational seminar aimed at highlighting the state-of-the-art facilities and strategic advantages that the Business Park offers to companies from diverse sectors. The event, which is the first of a series of educational and networking seminars that the Business Park has lined up this year, targeted UAE-based legal consultants and law firms, and was attended by more than 45 representatives.
Paolo Serra, Director, DWC's Business Park, said: “The Business Park is an integral element of DWC and hosts companies from various trade and business categories. It is therefore imperative that we strengthen our business network and build relations with representatives from key professions so as to give them a thorough understanding of the unique features and the distinct advantages offered by the Business Park.”
“Business networking events such as these present the right platform for us to engage in fruitful discussions with professionals and experts from different industries about the facilities and tailored solutions presented by the Business Park. We offer a range of trade licensing options and even the ability to partner with the customer to create mutually beneficial solutions, irrespective of the customer's business model,” he added.
DWC's Business Park consists of 11 commercial buildings offering office spaces that can be configured to client specifications. Clients can not only benefit from flexible commercial lease terms, 100 per cent ownership and availability of free zone and non-free zone trade licences and visas, they can also leverage the state-of-the-art infrastructure of DWC, the easy accessibility to Al Maktoum International Airport, and the proximity to main highways.
The Business Park also includes the Business Center, a fully equipped business complex located in the DWC headquarters, offering a range of smart office solutions, including executive offices and dedicated and shared desk options.
