Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - June 26, 2013 - (ME NewsWire) :In collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Police Training Department, the Emirates Women Police Association organized a training program for its members on “Scientific Research Methods”.
The program, which was held at the Capital Police GHQ, included a number of lectures delivered by Dr. Nazir Al Dalaliha, professor of Relations and Diplomatic studies at the University of Sharjah. It aims to improve the efficiency of the Emirates Women Police Association's female members in performing social researches tackling topics on social and family affairs.
The (EWPA) members were acquainted with the scientific methodology used in conducting scientific research, its importance and objectives. They also learned the means to identify the research's main issue; the applied methods in preparing researches; in addition to other information needed by researchers to carry out their tasks.
For her part, Captain Amina Al Baloushi, Chairwoman of the Emirates Woman Police Association, expressed her thanks to the police leadership for providing unlimited support and the necessary facilities to motivate (EWPA) members to discharge their entrusted duties as per the latest scientific and administrative practices. Concluding, she stressed that this program is part of a series of training programs prepared by the Association for female members in particular.
