Dubai, UAE, 17 June 2013 - Inspirational coach and founder of KTalk, Marwa Karoura, will lead a series of motivational sessions at the Capital Club Dubai, starting this June 16th with one to be held each month.
The moving series will include a range of topics that cover everything from work ethics and effectiveness, to humanity, spirituality, self-fulfillment and even parenting. The monthly event is open to the public and members of the Capital Club.
Founded in 2011, KTalk is a leading coaching and consulting business aimed at increasing people's effectiveness, emotional intelligence (EI) and well-being in their working environment as well as their personal life. Since its inception, the inspirational house has been helping those in the work place, home and even youth through various forms of coaching that include Life and Business Coaching and Youth Empowerment.
The muse behind KTalk is Marwa Karoura who herself holds more than 15 years of experience in leadership, management, training, human resources and coaching. She comments: “People today are so busy running in the gauntlet of life that they forget to look at their personal well-being and how this in turn affects their performance at work and in life. Rather than changing circumstance, KTalk strives for transformation; helping clients develop positive tangible practices and mindsets to succeed in life and enabling them to respond more creatively to its challenges.”
Kicking off the series is Operating out of Abundance: A Journey into the ‘Never Enough' Illusion. The talk addresses the trials of a demanding and materialistic world where the population spends a bulk of its time complaining and worrying about not having enough. That means our needs can be met but we are still unsatisfied as we are driven by desires.
“Rather than dwelling on what we think we should have, I invite participants to find out what really constitutes enough. This is the first step to living a truly fulfilling life”, Karoura says.
When asked about the inspiration about the series of talks, Marwa comments: “I wanted a way to reach out to more people to help them create their own journey, to allow them to develop the fundamental ability to live, work, react and create in the most fulfilling way. I wanted people to feel Alive not just to make a living”.
The open to the public event starts on the 16th of June, with a fee of AED 60 for attendance. The sessions will take place at the prestigious private business and social club located on the top floors of Gate Village Building 3, within the Dubai International Financial Centre.
