Trinity Holdings Applauds eHosting DataFort for Collaborative Connectivity Solutions

eHDF's Six-year Partnership Delivers Advanced Speed and Connectivity to Trinity's Global Network

Dubai-UAE: 19 June, 2013 – eHosting DataFort (eHDF), the UAE's leading provider of managed IT services was applauded by engineering solutions specialist Trinity Holdings for its collaborative connectivity solution that has been running for over six years.

The implementation continues to deliver extra speed and connectivity to Trinity's network, ensuring complete peace of mind for the 30-year old engineering conglomerate that has fully managed off-site hosting services controlled from a central hub.

Raghunandan Tharoor, Group Manager – Systems & IT at Trinity Holdings said: “Our headcount at Trinity is over 3,000 today. Over the past decade, our IT infrastructure has grown substantially to accommodate more than 350 work stations and close to 25 servers, managed by a team of nine members. As growth accelerated, we needed a solid and permanent solution to our IT requirements – this is when we called upon eHDF and laid out our criteria for an advanced speed and connectivity solution.

“As a first step, feasibility tests were conducted for connectivity and infrastructure compatibility. Subsequently, eHDF offered us a set of technical options that we weighed in and finally gave the nod for implementation. We now enjoy a service level agreement with eHDF that holds the company responsible for the connectivity and speed of network.”

eHDF's recommended solution for Trinity met with the company's tight budget and complied strictly with the engineering specialists' list of requirements and constraints. The Cisco-based solution also offers scalability from the central hub, allowing Trinity to expand and reduce capacity as and when required.

Yasser Zeineldin, CEO at eHosting DataFort, said: “We have nurtured our relationship over the last six years, delivering upon Trinity Holdings' holistic requirements - critical and routine. Furthermore, we have offered proactive services, continuously looking for ways to pre-empt and resolve potential challenges and enhance our offerings.”

Headquartered in the UAE, Trinity Holdings has evolved into a leading provider of engineering solutions in the Middle East. Backed by a growth strategy that focuses on geographical expansion, Trinity Holdings has expanded its footprint to India, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman providing innovative solutions to its customers worldwide.

eHosting DataFort has established itself as a market leader in hosting and managed IT services with its multiple state-of-the-art Tier 3 data centres, resilient and scalable infrastructure and round-the-clock managed operations. The company has also been recognised as ‘Best Managed Service Provider of the Year' for five years and was named ‘Best Colocation Facility' in 2010 and 2011.
