Interactive Intelligence Receives 2013 IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award from CUSTOMER Magazine

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, 10th June, 2013 – Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ), a global provider of unified IP business communications software and services, has received CUSTOMER Magazine's 2013 IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award for its CaaS Small CenterSM solution.

The Interactive Intelligence CaaS Small CenterSM is a cloud-based communications solution for organizations with between 10 and 50 contact center agents.

CUSTOMER Magazine, published by global integrated media company TMC, selected Interactive Intelligence for its award based on CaaS Small Center'sSM ease-of-use, sophisticated feature-set, and accessible price point for small contact centers.
