[UAE, 5 June, 2013] Al Ansari Exchange, a UAE-based foreign exchange and worldwide money transfer company, has been named a “UAE Superbrand” for the eighth consecutive year following a rigorous selection process wherein over 2,500 professionals were invited to vote for candidate brands. Al Ansari Exchange was presented the award during the UAE Superbrands Award 2013 ceremony held yesterday (June 4, 2013) at the Intercontinental Hotel in Dubai Festival City.

The Superbrands Council, the world's largest independent brand arbiter, supervised the selection process of the UAE Superbrands Award 2013 that involved 1,415 leading UAE brands. Only brands that achieved the level of recognition set by the independent Superbrands Council were eligible for inclusion in the Superbrands UAE book, which traces the history and achievements of each of the brands.
