Nick and Scott from table 9 deliver a faultless evening at Dubai's premier private business club
Dubai, 27th May 2013: The Signature Dining room at The Capital Club, Dubai's premier private business club and member of the Enshaa group of companies, was the scene of a culinary feast for the senses this month when Dubai locals Nick and Scott from the acclaimed table 9 restaurant treated the Club's Members and their guests to an exceptional Celebrity Chefs Dinner.
Emma Cullen The Club's General Manager said, “The evening was a magnificent success. Not only did we have to nearly double the number of guests we had planned to accommodate due to its immediate popularity, but the feedback we have received has also been overwhelmingly positive. Nick and Scott developed an outstanding menu just for this evening and the food was simply superb. We thank them for the impeccable service they provided and look forward to hosting many more such events in the future.”
Preceded by a delectable cauliflower mouse amuse-bouche, the specially designed three-course menu included a salmon, squid, and lemon entrée, a main course featuring slow braised organic Canadian beef short rib with five spice, and a deliciously sweet yet tart desert of rhubarb and custard.
General Manager Emma, went on to add “We are especially happy to have seen such an overwhelmingly positive response to the event as a portion of the evening's proceeds will be going to Pink Caravan – our Charity of Choice for 2013 – in order to support the amazing work they are doing in increasing breast cancer awareness and making early detection available in even the furthest regions of the UAE.”
