SAINT HONORE, makers of Swiss watches with the inimitable Paris Style, recenty partnered with the 2013 edition of the Rallye Aicha des Gazelles – the rally with a difference. The rally which pits international all-women teams of intrepid rallyists against the unforgiving terrain of the Moroccan desert, also contributes to Moroccans in need, through the Coeur de Gazelles charity initiative.
In a ceremonial evening to mark the event, the Cœur de Gazelles charity and Adriana Karembeu – representing the Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles – presented the Opéra “Cœur de Gazelles” limited-edition watch, specially designed and dated by SAINT HONORE to mark the 2013 challenge.
“SAINT HONORE is proud to be associated with an event such as the Rallye Aicha des Gazelles, which is a true salute to the courage and indomitable spirit of women taking on the toughest of challenges and terrain, all in aid of a good cause,” said Olivier Birault, CEO of SAINT HONORE.
Attending the launch hosted by Vincent Cerruti were more than 1,000 guests, including representatives of the event's partners – the National Tourist Board of Morocco, Aïcha, Total Group, La Poste Group, Hexis, Gan, Atol opticians, the designer label Chacok, SAINT HONORE and more – as well as personalities such as Paul Belmondo and Kateryna Shalkina, SAINT HONORE ambassadors, Chantal Jouanno, Senator of Paris, Bruno Solo, Carole Montillet, Nathalie Vincent, Danièle Evenou, Valérie Mairesse, Moundir, Marc Emmanuel and Bruno Fraioli.
