Dubai, May 22, 2013: Techserve, a leading service and systems integration provider, was recently recognised with three awards for its ability to provide top quality services at the Panasonic Marketing Middle East and Africa's Regional Conference for Customer Services which was held in Dubai.
The Al-Futtaim company received Gold Awards in the technical competition for Office Automation category, won by S. Ramanathan, Service Engineer and the Panasonic Star Service Competition, based on the overall performance of Techserve's service operation as it was judged as Best Service Operation against 13 Panasonic Authorised Service Partners across the MENA region. The major key performance indicators measured were turnaround time, repeat repair ratio, sets waiting for parts, uncollected sets ratio, and follow on calls. The Star Service award also measured and rewarded Techserve's active involvement at a regional level in Panasonic's global initiatives on eco activities.
Techserve also won the Silver Award in the technical competition in the Home Appliances category won by Thomas Kurian, Home Appliances Services Engineer.
