The SC-HC58, HC38, HC28 Support Apple and Android Smartphones for Music Playback
Dubai, UAE, 9th May 2013 - Panasonic has introduced, four Compact Stereo System models, to the Middle East market, the SC-HC58, SC-HC38, SC-HC28, it was announced today.
The special iPhone docking station (HC58/HC38) that was highly popular on conventional models, now also supports iPhone 5 and iPod touch (5th generation), and the HC28, which features a Push Open type docking station and also supports the iPad mini, making the HC Series an ideal audio system for the latest iOS devices.
Furthermore, the SC-HC38 is available in 4 different colour varieties, red, black, silver and white allowing customers to choose and match the décor of their homes. Along with the HC58 the HC38 can also be mountable on the wall to enhance room interior and save precious space.
In order to suit the lifestyle of users who listen to music on their smartphones, the HC Series has progressed in the areas of both networking and sound-enhancing technologies. In addition to AirPlay® (HC58), the device also supports Bluetooth® Wireless Technology (HC58/HC38), enabling high sound quality over iOS and Android smartphones.
Regardless of the type of wireless technology -- DLNA, AirPlay, or Bluetooth® Wireless Technology - the HC58 handles it with the “Panasonic Music Streaming App” developed by Panasonic for flexible playback of various forms of musical content. By simply installing the Panasonic Music Streaming App onto a smartphone, the variety of playable music content grows considerably.
Music that has been archived onto an NAS (Network Attached Storage) or PC on a home network is displayed on the smartphone screen. The user simply needs to touch the desired music title to select it for a fast and easy musical enjoyment.
In order to reproduce the user's favorite music with high fidelity, Panasonic has given the HC Series a large number of sound-enhancing technologies.
Audio signals from an iPhone 5 or iPod touch (5th generation) connected to the dock, or an iPod, iPhone, or iPad connected via USB, are digitally transmitted without degradation by the Digital Music Connection for transparent, clear sound reproduction.
The Pure Direct Sound function also minimizes the effect of sounds reverberating off the system itself. In addition to the lightweight, rigid Nano sized Bamboo Cone Speakers (HC58), the speaker section features a Dual Passive Radiator (HC58/HC38) that achieves dynamic bass and crystal-clear sounds that wouldn't be expected from these thin speaker systems.
The HC Series of Compact Stereo Systems incorporates Panasonic's unique networking technologies and sound-enhancing technologies to offer users a music entertainment style that will continue to support new forms of enjoyment day after day.
