AL NOOR CENTRE WITH PACIFIC VENTURES TO AUCTION BOLLYWOOD STARS PERSONAL POSSESSIONS AT GALA DINNER
 

- Under the patronage and attendance of His Highness Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, the fundraising event will be held on 7th June –

Dubai, UAE, 05 May 2013: Dubbed as the most anticipated benefit event to be held in Dubai this year, the Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs announced today the organization of a star-studded Gala Dinner, in partnership with Pacific Ventures Real Estate, and under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Social Development.

The Pacific Ventures-Al Noor Gala Dinner, scheduled to take place on 7th June at The Palm Atlantis Hotel, is not only packed with a full schedule of entertainment and high profile guests and dignitaries, but will also hold an auction for some of Bollywood stars' valuable possessions.

Commenting on the organization of the Gala event, Mrs. Isphana Al-Khatib, Director of Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs, said: “We are pleased to tie up with Pacific Ventures at this event that is planned to be quite unique not to be missed. The proceeds generated will finance our operations to translate to quality services for our students.”

Bollywood superstars such as Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone have agreed to donate their personal possessions, to be auctioned during the Gala Dinner.

In addition to Bollywood superstars' ornaments, Al Noor will be auctioning as well signed sports items by international sports celebrities such as Maradona and Roger Federer, which have been generously donated especially for Al Noor and in support of the children of the Centre.

Mr. Parvez Khan, Chairman of Pacific Ventures, commented on their partnership with Al Noor by saying: “We started this project as a CSR cause, but now as per our pledge taken earlier this year, we will do everything possible by our dedication and alliance to help Al Noor and its children to look forward to becoming eminent participants of the society. This auction that we have arranged to raise money for the Centre is just another gesture from our side to show how much we truly care and to make sure that the children are bestowed with everything they need in the course of time.”

With a line-up of spectacular entertainment, raffle draw, and a live auction, the black-tie event is set to dazzle the over 800 guests who are expected to attend and enjoy the breath taking venue and an evening full of surprises.
