Free wellness session will be lead by Sahar Moussly and Celebrity Chef Anil Kumar
Dubai, UAE – May 4, 2012: Sahar Moussly, Master Behavioural Coach and Laughter Yoga instructor along with Celebrity Chef will host a free Laughter Yoga Wellness Day. To commemorate the “World Laughter Day” – the event will take place on 11th May, 2013 at Memsaab Restaurant, Jumeriah Lake Towers.
Sahar will lead the laughter yoga session followed by healthy juice shots and tips on nutritious food from Chef Anil.

Laughter Yoga is a simple and yet profound exercise routine for all age groups without any side effects. It combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing (Pranayama). Laughter is simulated as a body exercise in a group; with eye contact and childlike playfulness, that soon turns into real and contagious laughter. The concept of Laughter Yoga is based on researched and scientific fact that the body cannot differentiate between fake and real laughter. One gets the same physiological and psychological benefits; proving a hearty laugh is a good way to jog internally.
