Shoppers spending 200 DHS or more from 2nd May until 2nd June have the chance to win a Peugeot 308cc or a trip to Paris together with 15,000 DHS shopping allowance

Dubai, 2nd May 2013: The Sahara Centre, the leading family and shopping destination in the UAE, today announced the details of its latest, and most exciting shopping promotion to take place this year.

Shoppers across the Emirate can easily qualify for the chance to shop their way to Paris by spending just 200 DHS at the Sahara Centre between 2nd May and 2nd June. Participants of the Grand Raffle Draw have the chance to win one of two Peugeot 308CC's and one of two family package trips to France, together with a generous 15,000 DHS shopping allowance.

Akram Ammar, Sahara Centre's General Manager, said: “We are excited to announce the details of our latest family promotion that gives the Sahara Centre an opportunity to reward our most loyal customers with excellent prizes including the chance to fulfill the dreams of two families with a visit to France.

So, whether it's your dream to shop in some of the most exquisite fashion boutiques in romantic Paris or to turn heads by cruising Dubai's most popular hotspots in a brand new Peugeot, the Sahara Centre promises to bring smiles to the faces of four lucky winners in May and June.

Two Grand Raffle Draws will take place at the Sahara Centre on the 19th May and 2nd June both at 7pm, to reveal two lucky winners in each draw with the presence of the Sharjah Economic Department representative.

At the same time, and as part of the family promotion, the Sahara Centre will also be running a Facebook Trivia Competition from 5th May until 2nd June on their Facebook page. Daily winners will receive DHS 100 worth of Sahara Centre gift vouchers for answering trivia questions about people, places and events related to France. To enter the competition simply ‘like' the Sahara Centre Facebook page to join and answer the questions correctly.

As well as all of this, there will also be one raffle prize of DHS 1,000 awarded to the person who posts the most innovate ‘French themed' picture of themselves, the most inspiring images will be entered into the prize draw so be as creative as possible for the chance to win.

Winners of the gift vouchers and regular shoppers will now have even more opportunities to shop at the new East Atrium which is now home to Zara, Iconic, Matalan, Emax, Fitness First and Baby Shop. Likewise, prominent brands include Mango, Lacoste, Steve Madden, Tommy Hilfiger, Sunglass Hut, Swarovski, Promod, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Rodeo Drive, Ferre, among others.

The Sahara Centre is strategically located on the Dubai-Sharjah Highway and first opened its doors to customers in February 2002. This Sharjah landmark has become the ideal place for visitors to experience a diverse range of shopping outlets, dining options and entertainment facilities with something to offer every member of the family, all under one roof.
