Dubai, UAE; April 30, 2013: Emirates Gas LLC (EMGAS), a subsidiary of Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), has won the prestigious Dubai Quality Award for its continued commitment to quality and business excellence.
EMGAS has adopted several international standards and certified to ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 18001 (OHSAS) and ISO 10002 (Customer Care). EMGAS is the proud recipient of several awards including the Dubai Award for Sustainable Transport (DAST) by RTA in 2011 and 2012.
At the award ceremony organised by the Dubai Department of Economic Development, His Highness Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, presented the Dubai Quality Award to Saeed Khoory, Chief Executive Officer, ENOC and Hesham Ali Mustafa, Senior Director – ENOC Gas Marketing & General Manager – Emirates Gas LLC.

EMGAS has adopted European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) business excellence model in 2009 and accomplished several business excellence initiatives and international best practices. Focused on the highest standards of quality and safety, EMGAS is also at the forefront in promoting sustainable development, having introduced several path-breaking Green initiatives.
