Mom Souq to Launch an Online Platform Dedicated to Mompreneurs in the Region
 

Mompreneurs Middle East Facebook and Twitter Accounts Now Active to Sustain the Continued Growth of Region's Mompreneurs
 
Dubai-UAE: 30 April 2013 – Mom Souq – the online portal to find everything mothers need for their babies, children and families – today announced it will launch a website – Mompreneurs Middle East – this summer dedicated to support and help mother entrepreneurs grow their businesses.

Services included on the Mompreneur Middle East website include: setting up Mompreneur Profiles for each individual mother entrepreneur; an Open Discussion Page to share their thoughts and ideas; an Experts Page to advise mother entrepreneurs on business related topics and activities; and an Announcements Page showcasing the different exhibitions and events that are happening in the region.
 
Mona Tavassoli, Founder of Mom Souq, said: “Having worked with several mompreneurs over the past year, we realized that having a separate website dedicated to mother entrepreneurs would be beneficial to all involved. The Mompreneurs Middle East website will provide a platform for mother entrepreneurs to network, get valuable advice, learn from each other and share experiences.”

The announcement took place today at the Business Factory where Mona, revealed that the Mompreneurs Middle East social media platforms that consist of Facebook and Twitter, are now active for mother entrepreneurs and business experts to join and engage with each other.

Facebook and Twitter are ideal to find experienced individuals that Mom Souq Mompreneurs would like to learn from and work with. Having launched these two platforms Mom Souq aims to broaden the reach of both Mother Entrepreneurs looking for information as well as experts that are willing to provide the appropriate guidance and assistance required to ensure both the success and the longevity of each respective business.
 
According to Stats.ae – the UAE's social media statistics and trends, updated hourly – there are 3.4 million active users on Facebook.

Furthermore, with regards to Twitter, there are approximately 305,000 Twitter users in the UAE. 244,000 of these users Tweet everyday and there are 2.5 million Tweets a day.
 
Mom Souq continues to support the efforts put forth by Mother Entrepreneurs in the region and will continue to host regular events – such as the Mompreneur Market and Mompreneur Meet-Up – and provide products and services for the betterment of every individual associated with the organization.
