Since then, the company continues to build on a solid foundation of the best machinery, technology and raw material to produce the best quality products, supplying to over 160 countries worldwide.

Under the direction of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Saud Al Qassimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah and the Chairman of RAK Ceramics, the company is positioning itself as global ceramics innovator by offering unparalleled range of products and services.
RAK Ceramics' recent strong financial results reaffirm its positions as a success story that attracts management professionals and business delegates to research key factors that have led to this level of accomplishment.
“An inspiration to local companies everywhere, this achievement shows that humble beginnings can reach international acclaim with the right team, strategy and direction. We are proud of our steady course that has allowed us to achieve significant milestones in a short period of time. It is indeed heartening to find business management students from internationally acclaimed universities visiting RAK Ceramics' premises and researching on the company's global success story as a management case study,” said Abdallah Massaad, Chief Executive Officer of RAK Ceramics.

Those milestones include having produced enough ceramic tiles to cover a staggering ‘One Billion Square Meters' since production commenced in 1991. More recently, the company has also passed through production and sales of 50 million pieces of bathware worldwide within two decades.

These impressive achievements have in turn inspired prominent universities and delegates to visit in search of the secret to RAK Ceramics' success. Business delegates from different parts of the world, along with Ambassadors and Consulate Generals representing different countries, have been escorted through RAK Ceramics' state-of-the-art facilities and operations.
In terms of educational and research trips, many were made by students hailing from prestigious universities – including the University of Maryland and Georgetown University, USA; EDHEC Business School, Paris and Lausanne, Switzerland. These tours came coupled with educational lectures, offering lessons for business growth and success.
“As a shining example of true business potential, our monumental growth continues to offer lessons for business success. We are very proud of the honour – being asked to host these groups, and do whatever we can to share our accomplishments so that others may benefit. With our every achievement, we contribute to the development of RAK, which is a success story in its own right.” added Massaad.
