Vivacity Launches Motorsport Talent Representation Services
 

Double World Rally Champion Marcus Grönholm is the first client to be announced
 
London, 18th April, 2013. Vivacity, the serious brand entertainment consultancy with a specialist motorsport division, today confirmed the formalisation of its representation business for racing drivers with the first in a series of announcements of new client engagements.
 
Vivacity's talent management and representation services are distinct and different, integrating traditional representation with fully-scaled PR and social media management. These services connect racing driver clients to Vivacity's extensive European and US network in motorsport, providing a broad range of opportunities and professional support services.
 
The division launches today with the Double World Rally Champion Marcus Grönholm as its first confirmed client. The legendary Finnish rally star is working with Vivacity to optimize his vast repository of skill and experience gained with 30 WRC wins and 540 stage victories to build relationships with brands, car makers and other corporations in his post-competition career phase.
 
Marcus said, “I have known the Vivacity guys for a long time as they have decades of experience in series like WRC and Formula One. In the past couple of years, they have worked with me both from their US offices and in Europe in many ways - from press management and television appearances to opening introductions to lots of interesting companies. So I am very happy to have these extra hands helping me to develop commercial relationships and maintaining a good profile.”
 
Vivacity's talent management and representation services for racing drivers sit in the agency's specialist motorsport division, Vivacious World Motorsport, with offices in London, Oxford and the US servicing an active client roster with brands engaged in motor racing from Automobili Lamborghini to PUMA SE.
 
Paul Kingsley, Vivacity Director said, “We live in world where content is king and clients are increasingly looking to engage consumers in conversations around their passion points. Launching our driver talent management and representation service is in part a recognition of this trend and the increasing role drivers play in creating content and connecting with fans, whether that be in established motorsport series or emerging action sports targeted at a more youthful market.”
 
An array of other confirmed driver engagements for the division will be announced by Vivacity in due course.
