REEBOK IS PARTNERING WITH ‘ELITE MODEL LOOK 2013 - UAE & QATAR'

UAE: Wednesday 17th, April 2013: International fitness brand Reebok is delighted to announce that it will be partnering with Elite Model Look 2013 - UAE & QATAR, the world's most prestigious modeling contest, as the events ‘Official Fitness Partner'. The event is produced by FLC Models, a Dubai based Models & Talent Management agency

Elite Model Look discovered top models such as Cindy Crawford, Stephanie Seymour and Gisele, and will be bringing the popular casting sessions to Dubai Festival City Mall on Friday 19th April, registrations are on from 2p.m. - 5p.m. in the hope of finding the Elite New Face from the Middle East region.

Reebok is partnering with Elite Model Look UAE &QATAR 2013 to encourage prospective models to lead a healthy and active lifestyle by regularly taking part in exercise and understanding the importance of a balanced diet to ensure that they stay in great shape during their career.

At Dubai Festival City Mall on Friday Reebok will be supplying information to all contestants on their latest fitness products and giving hints and tips from their fitness booth on how to maintain the all important model figure in an industry that is well-known for its hectic schedules of international travel and late night fashion shows.  

Fitness demonstrations will be held by local Reebok ambassadors, Urban Energy, who will be showcasing simple exercise routines that models can do prior to taking to the catwalk to reduce pre-show nerves and provide that all important fresh appearance and flawless complexion. 

Internationally Reebok works with a number of acclaimed Ambassadors from the fashion, music and fitness world, including, top model Miranda Kerr and ex-model and yoga expert Tara Tiles, as well as music industry multiple award-winner Alicia Keys. The brand has developed a range of apparel and products specifically tailored to the demands of a variety of fitness disciplines and works closely with designers to include the latest technology and provide a synergy between performance and style.

'A career in modeling can be tough', commented Mark Greiner, General Manager for Reebok in the Middle East, 'Reebok wants to encourage young models to look after their fitness and their bodies. Not only will it help them to look good and move well, but it will also enable them to cope with a grueling schedule, stay mentally fit and hopefully prolong their career. Reebok has developed apparel and footwear ranges for a number of disciplines including Training, Running, Walking, Yoga and Dance all of which are great for fitness routines on the go.' 

The casting tour scheduled on Friday the 19th of April in Dubai is the first event to be held in the region for Elite Model Look 2013, and will be followed by castings in Abu Dhabi and Doha. The final details of which are yet to be confirmed.

To register the girls must be between the ages of 14 and 22 and at least 5'8 and boys must be between the ages of 16 and 28 and at least 6'0.
