Fitness First Welcomes Residents to X-Fit Beach Event

Open Session for High Intensity Functional Training, on the Beach

Dubai-UAE: 07 April, 2013 – Fitness First is set to host an innovative beach-side session of X-Fit, offering residents a day-out in the sunshine and introducing them to high intensity functional training, the latest buzz in the fitness industry. The activity will showcase easy-to-follow fitness routines without the use of gym equipment.

The X-Fit beach event will be held on 12 April from 10:00am – 12noon, at Jumeirah Beach, for members and non-members alike.

This outdoor session will include specialized workouts that will demonstrate ways to achieve fitness goals with the use of sheer body weight. Combining a variety of functional movements such as swimming and running on the sand, these exercises are typically short and intense. With its focus on improving overall fitness, X-Fit helps individuals achieve their maximum potential of fitness and endurance within the minimum time frame.

Participants will also have the chance to enjoy networking with likeminded individuals during a lunch provided by Fitness First at the stunning Jumeirah Beach by the Grand Mosque.
