DUCTAC's Things We Like market event returns for another day of celebrating local creativity

In December 2012 DUCTAC launched its very first market event. Things We Like attracted around 2000 visitors, all of whom had a chance to buy original creative products, artwork, vintage finds, collectables, clothing and more from a carefully selected group of locally-based artists and creatives.

April 6th 2013 sees the return of the event, and Things We Like II - another market event by DUCTAC will once again celebrate Dubai's creativity and innovation. Visitors will find another broad selection of stalls showcasing handmade jewellery, accessories and clothing, eco-friendly products, original art, photographic prints, pottery, hats and all manner of other artistic ephemera.

The day will also feature local DJs playing live - including The Deep Crates Cartel and Liminal Roots - plus spoken word performances from local poets and writers.

The aim of the market event is to illustrate and bring together the pockets of talent that exist in Dubai and the surrounding area, and to give those involved a chance to network with like-minded individuals, exchange ideas and perhaps even work together in the future.
