Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Feb 24, 2013 – Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies in the Middle East launched cavere, a new product line by Normbau. Cavere (Latin for “to be careful”) is an innovative range of fittings for the disability access bathroom, developed by the C.F. Møller designers. This new functional product provides security for homes and healthcare facilities.
Different from traditional bathroom fixtures, these new fittings are designed with a triangular gripping profile which provides more strength, comfort and ergonomics than previous models. The semi-circular edges to the side panels enable a very secure grip and a high level of safety. The design is implemented consistently throughout the range, so the shapes of the individual elements are in harmony and reinforce the unique qualities of the design.
Ingersoll Rand has been operating successfully in the Middle East and Africa region through its extensive network of independent distributors, creating and sustaining safe, comfortable and efficient environments.
Ingersoll Rand's local distributors for Normbau, such as Gibca Furniture Industry Co. Ltd. (GFI), offer a full design, installation and commissioning service backed by a network of installation and service engineers, all trained to the highest standards.
GFI was established in the 1979, and has since established its presence with over 10,000 installations of Normbau products in the Middle East and Africa region. Commenting on the launch of cavere, Mr. Umesh, Assistant General Manager at GFI said, “We can feel the safety and comfort qualities of cavere can in the fine balance between the contours and the grip cross section.” He added, “The whole cavere range is manufactured from aluminum. It is both light and strong, and being recyclable it is also environmentally sustainable.”
