LG PuriCare helps Eliminate Allergens for a Cleaner Home Air Environment

DUBAI, UAE, AUGUST 10, 2020 – Air quality is a topic which has fast become important to everyone. People are more concerned about the air they breathe, but it’s not just the air outside that they should think about. Keeping tabs on indoor air quality is important to maintain a healthy at home environment. However, it is a hard issue to tackle, unlike smog or dust outside, homeowners are not able to see the visible consequences of poor indoor air quality.
Things like chemicals from cleaning products and fragrances, smoke from cooking and even dust and dander embedded in pet hairs can all contribute towards poor air quality. The effects of this can include respiratory issues and further complications in later life. The good news is that there are ways to improve the quality of the air.

The LG Electronics (LG) air purifier lineup provides a range of sizes to suit different lifestyles and needs of any household to ensure a quality at home breathing experience.

Enjoy Cleaner Breathing Air with LG PuriCare 360°

With the LG PuriCare 360° there are two models to choose from, the single and double tower. The single tower can cover a 58m² area and the double tower can cover a 91m² area. The design is sleek, yet minimalistic, so it can blend with home décor.  The good news is that no matter which air purifier desire, homeowners still benefit from the same impressive features. The PuriCare 360° works with an axial-centrifugal fan with a guide vane and chevron nozzle. It is a unique design which promotes the intake of air and let the work begin. Compared to conventional models, this is estimated to be 20% more powerful. And this is where the 360° element comes into play – because air quality is absorbed equally, from all areas in the room.

Powerful Filtration for Deep Purification

One of the best things about the LG PuriCare is the powerful filtration capabilities, which work in 3 key steps. Firstly, the pre-filter, which acts as the initial layer of protection. It can eliminate large particles of dust and harmful substances. Second, the HEPA allergy filter eliminates fine dust particulars, viruses, bacteria, mold and allergens. And third, is the deodorizing filter, which gets rid of those household odors.

Additionally, the filter eliminates chemicals and known causes of smog LG PuriCare 360° models are also asthma & allergy friendly® certified and have been given the British Allergy Foundation’s seal of approval. This means that LG’s air purifiers are providing deep levels of air purification, deemed to be effective even for those with hypersensitivities and respiratory conditions.

Select Different Modes to Boost Cleaning

The PuriCare has a few different modes to tackle various needs around the home. The Smart Mode senses the air pollutant level and decides if the air purifier needs to work at full capacity or requires additional reinforcement. The Booster Mode integrates the use of the Clean Booster, which acts as a fan, both drawing in additional air and also expelling clean air further and wider into the atmosphere. When users initiate the Booster Mode, the Clean Booster springs into action, rising and rotating to meet the room’s requirements. Tests have shown that with the Clean Booster, homes can achieve up to 74% faster dust removal.

Greater Understanding of Air Quality Levels with Smart Indicator

LG’s team recognized that there was demand for greater visibility and understanding of how air purifiers are effective. That’s why LG created the Smart Indicator to provide real-time updates on air quality. It’s a simple coded system which relies on 4 key colors to indicate the quality of air in the room. Green means that the air quality is good, yellow means breathable but could be better, orange means that the air quality is bad and requires assistance, while red indicates the worst air quality and the need for immediate action. As air quality improves, users will be able to see the color change in real-time.

Easy Connection to ThinQ Smart App

The LG ThinQ app enables users to take control of their LG appliances by simply using their smartphone. The app is available for download on Android and iOS devices and can sync with the air purifier and users can begin operating it remotely. LG ThinQ integration also provides access to detailed air quality updates, allows homeowners to enable different settings and also lets users know when the filter needs changing.

Pure Air Wherever You Go

For those seeking indoor air quality on the go can look to the LG PuriCare Mini. As the world’s first filter-type portable air purifier, the mini is not only light enough to carry in one hand, but it also has wireless capabilities so users can take it anywhere. Enjoy clean air every moment with improved technology and reduced noise.
