Dubai, United Arab Emirates, June 09, 2020:  Part of the Al Ghurair Retail family, all-natural Korean beauty brand, The Face Shop has opened doors to their new concept store located in the heart of New Dubai’s ultimate shopping destination – Mall of The Emirates. With the onset of the changing dynamic in retail industry around the world, The Face Shop, welcomes customers into their latest home, supported with a unique and state-of-the-art shopping experience like never seen before. Located on the first floor of the mall, the 600-square feet store observes a shift in the brand’s strategy – adopting a more safe and interactive experience for shoppers that want to get the best in Korean beauty, all under one roof.
The Face Shop’s new home brings to life a brand-new shopping experience combining both the latest digital and physical experience for the consumer. With customer safety being a top priority for the brand, The Face Shop has adopted several safety precautionary measures including communicating all product information and queries to the shoppers using a mobile POS. This approach will be executed through a more personalized and dedicated experience using the latest technology available, thereby have customers adopt a less physical contact approach and a more interactive session. The approach will be replicated within the stores check-out procedure as well. This initiative taken by the brand will be seen as the first-of-its-kind implemented across other Face Shop stores in the UAE and globally in the later part of the year.
Nearly 12 years into the launch of their first store in UAE in 2008, The Face Shop, aims to bring in their best-selling range and top picks to tackle various skin aliments and feel-good beauty and skincare essentials through their latest store, all at an affordable price. Shop the best beauty buys, from all-natural sheet masks, to the best-selling moisturizers, anti-aging and brightening lines, The Face Shop is the ultimate destination for all your beauty needs. The brand is currently present with 18 stores across the UAE.
Derived from the concept of naturalism, the new store radiates a breath of fresh air and a soothing yet comforting ambience. Following the brand’s signature all-white interiors, accompanied by iconic ‘green wall’, with hints of gold, the store displays are evenly distributed and clearly highlighted, to showcase all different product categories making the consumer’s browsing experience more enjoyable.
