Benedetta Paravia Produces Second Season of the Docu-Factual ‘Hi Emirates'

The series is dedicated to Sheikha Fatma Bint Mubarak Umm al Emarat, with the aim to share inspirational stories of women in the U.A.E. with Italian audience

Dubai, UAE, June 07, 2020:   Benedetta Paravia, author, producer, and co-host of the cross media format (TV, web and inflight) ‘Hi Dubai’, is now joined by the Countess Patrizia Landini in the second season “Hi Emirates”, which has been produced in English and Italian.

In this season, ‘Hi Dubai’ changes its name to ‘Hi Emirates’ and narrates how today, the female community in the UAE plays a fundamental role in the development and overall prosperity, thanks to the current wise leadership but also to the country's ancestors, who have carried out important tasks for the whole community and have made significant sacrifices for the good of the nation.

A historical tribute therefore dedicated to great women of the past: from the mother to the wife of the founder father Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan al Nahyan, passing through as many women of historical importance from all 7 Emirates. The second season has been written not only in English with Arabic subtitles but also in Italian for an Italian audience.

'These days we are completing the editing of this second series for Italian TV, despite the serious difficulties due to the pandemic related restrictions, and the fact that two members of our production have contracted the virus' - says Benedetta Paravia, who is currently in Rome - 'I am very happy to have found in Countess Landini a precious ally in women-supporting-women production. My wish is to continue to contribute to share love for U.A.E. and for the Arab culture with my growing team”.

'I am enthusiastic about my role as co-producer of a series that has been already so much appreciated and is a pioneer for the topics addressed' - adds the Countess Landini – “This series is a further strengthening of friendship between Italy and the United Arab Emirates, a friendship that has always been favored by the entrepreneurial and cultural activities of Benedetta Paravia between the two countries, and which will relaunch Italy in view of participation in the Expo, postponed to October 2021.'

THE CONTEMPORARY WOMEN PROTAGONISTS OF SECOND SERIES:

After a fascinating historical excursus, the series features today's protagonists: royals, politicians, doctors, ecologists, sportswomen, entrepreneurs, celebrities, models, all with stories of personal fulfillment that were born or live in the most modern Islamic nation in the world: the UAE, a country which is modeling the road to a more connected and harmonious global society.

Among the 24 women participating, there are many Emirati: members of the UAE parliament such as Dr Mouza Bint Mohammed Al Ameri and Sabrein Al Yammahi; public sector employees like Hessa Al Falasy, Iman Al Omrani, Mona Bint Saqer Al Matrooshi, Khulood Bint Saleh Al Marzouqi, Ghada Al Rousi; shooter Yasmin Tahlak; ecologist Ameera Bint Mohammed Al Haranki; business women Sheikha Dr. Hind Al Qassimi and Madam Thoraya Al Awadhi; young royals Sheikha Noora Bint Humaid Al Nuaimi and Sheikha Aisha Bint Rashed Al Mualla, celebrities like Sara Al Madani and Meera Al Naqbi and the Hero of Happiness Fatma Bint Mubarak Al Doobi.

There are also two Italians who are starring in the new series: the young horsewoman Costanza Laliscia, champion in the world of Endurance and the entrepreneur and influencer Silvia Vianello, among the 100 women of Forbes Italy.
