Ivy League inspired Summer Camp for Dubai Kids

United Arab Emirates 26 May 2019:   Ivy Camps USA has partnered with Esol Education to bring its first-rate summer camp to Dubai, for children ages 5-12. Hosted at the state-of-the-art Dunecrest American School near Al Barari, Ivy Camps USA combines diverse academic and fun activities to offer an innovative educational experience led by an elite team of instructors hailing from the world's top universities.

Ivy Camps USA’s comprehensive programming empowers campers to think creatively, build self-confidence and discover their true passions. The curriculum was created with the support of expert advisors from a variety of industries including a Hollywood producer, a global business owner, a neuroscience engineer, a professional athlete, and an entrepreneur.

There are two week-long sessions that take place in early August, providing children access to world-class learning facilities at Dunecrest American School’s campus, with daily meals and snacks included. Ivy Camps’ Dubai camp offers three tracks: Build Your Own Business; Performing Arts; the Junior Ivy Program. Through the combination of education and fun recreational activities, campers will grow academically while also developing character in key areas including critical thinking, team building, and self-confidence.

The program allows campers to become resilient by learning to overcome obstacles, gain empathy while working in groups of other children, discover independence by making their own decisions, and see a world beyond themselves through a diversity of academic and exciting experiences.

With elite academic and professional pedigrees, camp leaders are uniquely equipped to provide children with a nuanced educational experience that challenges their creative, intellectual, and physical capacities.  The team coming from the US, will guide campers toward a mastery in a wide variety of scholastic, artistic, and athletic endeavors sparking passion, cultivating depth of character, and helping campers gain self-knowledge.

“We are very excited to be bringing such a prestigious camp to the Middle East. We firmly believe the key to preparing students for future success is our unwavering focus on quality of experience.” said Mr. Danny Hundert, founder and CEO of IVY Camps USA. “We strive to expose every child to the very aptitudes that granted us access to the world’s best educational institutions. Our campers thrive in an Ivy League-inspired environment where they are encouraged to ask questions, to experiment, and to form meaningful bonds with their fellow campers, mentors, and coaches.”

Founded in 2010, Ivy Camps USA is a pioneer in the field of cross-cultural experiential education, intercultural exchange and communication, and mentorship for children across the globe. They provide a broad range of fun, high-quality summer programs for children ages five and older, designed and led by an expert team recruited from America’s top universities.
