Dubai, UAE: With back-to-school season here, Majid Al Futtaim’s much-loved shopping destinations, City Centre Deira, City Centre Al Zahia, and City Centre Mirdif are adding further excitement in the form of fun-filled activities and a series of pop-up experiences in preparation for the new academic year. While visitors shop the latest collections, they also have the chance to win school tuition fees worth AED30,000.

This month, City Centre Al Zahia, the newest lifestyle, and retail concept in the Northern Emirates, has launched a brand-new back-to-school activation. Running until 29 August in the mall’s Central Galleria, families can engross themselves in a customisation zone; enjoy arts and crafts; science experiments; caricature; exciting workshops; avail special offers and shop collections from Carrefour; Dubai library; Lefties and more. To enter the activation, customers simply need to spend AED500 in Carrefour or AED300 in any other outlet and scan their receipts on the SHARE app, with two children permitted to enter and customise an item of their choice including school bags, pencil cases, water bottles, lunch boxes and more. In addition, the mall is supporting families in need through its partnership with The Big Heart Foundation (TBHF). Shoppers can register by the back-to-school activation to purchase supplies from the listed retailers, which will be donated to children from low-income households.

Meanwhile, City Centre Deira is offering one lucky family the chance to win tuition fees worth AED30,000 as part of Majid Al Futtaim’s ‘Back to School’ initiative. To participate, visitors simply need to spend AED300 in City Centre Deira, where they will also receive AED25 cashback to spend at Carrefour. The lucky winner will be announced in September 2022. Plus, don’t miss out on the pop-up school bus located in the West Court until 31 August, filled with a range of brands including Centrepoint, Sharaf DG, Kipling and more.

Until 4 September, City Centre Mirdif is also offering back-to-school deals and offers including 10 X instant SHARE points with every purchase across kidswear; accessories; footwear; electronics; books; stationary; furniture; luggage; optics; sportwear or in any speciality store.
