An Immersive Experience This Ramadan with LG's Oled TV
LG offers your favorite Ramadan TV shows with greater immersion through a range of OLED TVs
Dubai, UAE, April 20, 2022: Ramadan is a time of reconnecting with family, creating new memories and sharing in the experience of the Holy Month. This time of year is also when families sit down together to watch various shows and specially made TV series and with LG Electronics (LG) range of OLED TVs they are more immersive than ever.
LG has been redefining the viewing experience for millions of people around the world for decades and with its new 4K and 8K OLED TV models it delivers advanced new features that bring shows, movies, and games to life in greater detail. The LG OLED TV range includes the Z2, G2, C2, CS and A2 series.
Powerful Imaging for Immersive Displays
LG OLED TVs feature self-lighting pixels that can switch on and off individually and thereby create deeper blacks while displaying exceptionally natural looking colours with limitless contrast. In fact, the new G2 series come with LG’s advanced new OLED displays that take them a level above the competition.
The OLED evo technology is in both G2 and select C2 series models and enables the displays to showcase higher brightness levels that complement the screen’s other features to create stunningly realistic image quality that is reproduced in incredibly clear and fine detail. This is made possible by LG’s new α (Alpha) 9 Gen 5 intelligent processor. The company’s Brightness Booster technology supercharges G2 series TVs so that they are able to produce even high levels of brightness thanks to an improved heat dissipation system and a more advanced algorithm.
LG’s 2022 G2 series adds a new 83-inch model and the world’s first 97-inch OLED model to further add to the existing range of 55-, 65- and 77-inch TVs already in the line-up. The C2 series offers consumers a far more varied choice of screen sizes from the world’s first 42-inch OLED TV, to a massive 83 inches.
Slim and Stylishly Designed
LG’s OLED TVs are backlight free which has allowed the company develop thinner and lighter displays compared with other display technologies. This is turn is enabling the creation of an extensive variety of form factors such as bendable and rollable TVs.
The G1 series for example, comes with thinner bezels for a more immersive and less intrusive viewing experience while also giving the TV a sleeker design. The ultra slim (19.9mm) G1 Gallery Design, for example, has a built-in flush fit wall-mount, making it possible to install like a painting.
Designed for All
Whether family members like to settle down to watch a classic movie, sports or prefer to be more active as they play a video game, the LG OLED TV range is the perfect fit. Not only does the high-quality screen deliver industry leading visuals but other improvements have been made to improve user friendliness.
LG’s OLED TVs employ the α 9 Gen 5 which uses deep learning to enhance upscaling performance and give onscreen images a more three-dimensional quality by making foreground and background elements more distinct from one another. It also improves the capabilities of LG’s AI Sound Pro feature, providing users with realistic audio and delivering 7.1.2 surround sound from the built-in speakers.
Meanwhile, LG’s advanced Smart TV platform makes using the TVs far more convenient with the ability to discover new and different content much easier. With webOS 22 consumers can also create personal profiles to seamlessly access their favourite steaming services, view specially curated content based on their viewing history and receive real-time alerts to stay up-to-date with their favourite sports teams.
The gamers in the family can now easily switch between game specific features and present displays via the Game Optimizer menu available in the new 2022 OLED TV models. This menu has the option of a Dark Room Mode which adjusts screen brightness for a better gaming experience when the lights are off. There are even pre-set modes for different types of game such as first-person shooters, role playing games, real-time strategy and the addition of the new sports mode.
LG has always pushed the boundaries of what is possible in TV technology and its latest OLED range is no exception. So why not make family time together during Ramadan even more special with LG.
