Sharjah, 23 January, 2018.  Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry will hold the second annual exhibition “Spring Bazaar 2018” at the Expo Centre Sharjah. Small and medium enterprises of entrepreneurs from different Emirates will participate. The four day annual event will take place kick off on 1st of February and end on the 4th.

The “Bazaar” offers a wide variety of products and services targeting citizens, residents and tourists, such as handicrafts, Abayas, Jalabiyas, scarves, Arabic perfumes, accessories and other products.

SCCI announced that the door is still open to entrepreneurs in commercial sectors wishing to participate in the “Spring Bazaar 2018”.  Businessmen that are participating will benefit from the importance of the event in promoting their products and services.

The Spring Bazaar is one of Sharjah Chamber’s initiatives launched two years ago as part of the Sharjah Spring Promotions, which is part of the promotional and marketing program organized by the Chamber on a regular basis and aims to support the retail sector and many other related sectors.

Ibrahim Al Jarwan, Director of Economic Relations and Marketing at Sharjah Chamber, stated that the organization of the Spring Bazaar in its second edition is part of the overall direction of the Chamber to find promotional and marketing means for the local product and to provide an appropriate exhibition platform that brings together the largest number of small and medium entrepreneurs of citizens residents in the country to meet, learn and discuss about the possibility of cooperation among them, as well as marketing their projects and services, where the exhibition is a good opportunity to activate their work in an ideal environment.

He added that the four day annual exhibition is one of the most important events held during Sharjah Spring Promotions. It serves a group of innovative young men and women to review their work in a place that provides all services and facilities. He also pointed out the Chamber Management’s eagerness to achieve the objectives aimed at supporting the business community, particularly the entrepreneurs in the country. The registration period has been extended for groups wishing to participate and take advantage of the opportunities available.

Last year the “Bazaar” witnessed a huge turn out by visitors. It contributed to the entry of new projects into the labour market, affirming Sharjah Chamber's vision of contributing to the creation of an environment conducive to promoting business in Sharjah and supporting entrepreneurial projects.

The exhibition, which is organized by the Chamber in cooperation with the 'Bluelight Exhibition' company, is open to visitors from 5 pm to 10 pm on its first day and the remaining days from 12 pm to 10 pm. The bazaar includes the products of small and medium-sized entrepreneurs and productive family projects, as well as a fashion show for exhibitors for the first time in Sharjah.
