Abu Dhabi, April 19, 2013:At Al Wahda Mall, Tim Hortons celebrated the opening of its 25th Cafe and Bake Shop in the UAE yesterday, April 18th,2013, from its initial opening of five locations back in December 2011.
His Excellency Arif Lalani Ambassador of Canada to the United Arab Emirates announced the official opening by pouring the first cup of coffee, in the presence of David F. Clanachan – Tim Hortons Chief Operations Officer, United States and International and Nilesh Ved Chairman of Apparel Group, holder of MLA for Tim Hortons in the Gulf. With Tim Hortons lovers from around the Emirates enjoying the delicious treats.

Tim Hortons offering their customers in Abu Dhabi and UAE a brand new experience at a strategic location in the heart of the city, at Al Wahda Mall, which raised the number of stores to 8 in Abu Dhabi, with total of 25 stores across UAE and 2 in Oman.
Tim Hortons is set to continue its UAE expansion with three new outlets in Abu Dhabi in Deerfields Town Square Mall, Abu Dhabi Municipality, and Yas Mall, with two more outlets in Dubai in The Dubai Mall and EPPCO, beside one more in Sharjah in Sahara Center.
Tim Hortons can soon be enjoyed in other countries as outlets are set to open soon in Ezdan Mall, Doha, Qatar.
