Flexible real-time BSS as key to success for dynamic markets and personalized offers
'Within the fast moving Turkish communications market and our mission to be the most dynamic operator, it is a key to success for Avea to launch new personalized offers and campaigns within shortest time to market. In this context, Avea was looking for a flexible system to enable fast configuration, independent from the software vendor. This is why we chose Orga Systems for real-time charging, says Nazim Efe, Solutions Director Billing Charging & BI, Avea.
