Before moving to the region 5 years ago, founder and CEO, Brett Smyth, worked as an employee engagement specialist for a leading international management consulting firm. He has witnessed first-hand the challenges facing the region, and decided to form EngageME in an effort to inspire a rich sense of cultural ethos back into the Middle Eastern business environment.
