Trakhees receives 5 ISO certificates

Dubai – Saturday 20 April 2019:  Trakhees, the regulatory arm of Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) in Dubai made a remarkable achievement by being certified to five ISO standards in complaints handling, quality management, IT management, environment management and HS management.

Adnan Al Abbar, CEO of Trakhees, the regulatory arm of Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) in Dubai expressed his happiness for this achievement and confirmed Trakhees incessant efforts within its 2019-2021 plan to give more focus to clients and build more interactive channels of communication with them.

“We are happy with this achievement which reflects the vision and efforts of Trakhees in complying to the highest quality standards. This makes us among the first entities to obtain the ISO certification in complaints handling ISO10002:2018 since its release for the first time in 2018. Trakhees were certified to these standards because they excel in customer service and they handle complaints and finalize them in less than 15 days”.

Omar Al Hamli, Executive Director – Business support at Trakhees received the 5 certificates from Lamis Maraqa – Director of GBB and partner of the German organization TUV InterCert in the United Arab Emirates.

Trakhees updated their environment management ISO 14001:2015 and quality management ISO 9001:2015 up to the most current version.
