Reem also believes that Art of such cause should not be limited to the Visual Art displayed on walls, but should extend to include many forms of items that can be carried along and used on daily basis. Everyone should be able to carry such Artistic Statements merging with daily encounters and experiences The DESERT Clutch is one of those statements. Reem Al-Rawi completed her Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Architecture from Carleton University. Coming from diverse cultural and social backgrounds affects clearly her Design and artistic works. She participated in a number of international Art Exhibitions, contributed in planning and managing a number of social fundraising events in support of ongoing charity causes.
Her style tends to follow the mixture between the architectural style mixed with forms of Arabic calligraphy to reshape through colors and lines, scenes and silhouettes of site specific subjects.
