LG’s products and innovations harness cutting edge technology and are a great example of why the company’s washing machines and refrigerators are leading the way. A few examples include: the Dual Door-in-Door refrigerator and LG’s Twin Wash TM.
LG’s Dual Door-in-Door™ refrigerator has received awards from leading electric trade media in the UK, Innovative Electrical Retailing (IER) and Trusted Reviews, for its energy saving capabilities and convenience. It’s double layered doors open with the simple push of a button, revealing the surprisingly spacious compartments with unexpected ease. This makes it quick and easy to find and access essential items and sought-after snacks without the inconvenience of searching through the bowels of a refrigerator while reducing cold air loss from the central compartment by as much as 41 percent.
The award winning Dual Door-in-Door™ refrigerator boasts LG’s Inverter Linear Compressor technology which is one of the key contributing factors behind this products success. LG’s Inverter Linear Compressor efficiently controls cooling power and reduces internal friction. Fewer friction points work to reduce noise levels significantly while enhancing the product’s durability, allowing LG to offer a 10 years warranty on LG’s Inverter Linear Compressor.
Within the washing machine segment LG is the first to offer the game-changing TWIN Wash™ System. The TWIN Wash™ is twice as convenient, as the innovation lets users wash two loads at once. The first load in the main washer and the second load in the mini washer located underneath, drastically saving time. The mini washer is perfect for delicate items that require special attention or unique wash settings.
The TWIN Wash™ washing machine is fitted with LG’s impressive Inverter Direct Drive™ technology. The Inverter Direct Drive™ enables six drum motions - rolling, stepping, swing, scrubbing, filtration and tumbling - for one amazing wash performance. Moreover, 6 Motion Technology works in conjunction with ColdWash™, which penetrates deep into fabrics using only cold water to provide a wash every bit as thorough as with warm water, but using significantly less energy.
It is this passion for innovation that has made LG a leading household name in the premium Home Appliances market, locally and globally.
