UAE, 3 March, 2015 - Dubai Courts has revealed the launch of a new e-service that aims to provide a smoother and easier way to publish legal declaration ads in local newspapers. The new service is part of Dubai Courts’ continuing efforts to provide world-class and fully efficient services to achieve 100 per cent customer and public satisfaction and happiness as per the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The service can also be used to post legal ads like lawsuits online in situations when it would be hard to reach the defendant of the case posted. In addition, the e-service will allow easy access to all information related to the legal ad--history, type, number of law cases, the names of the parties involved and texts of the declarations.
Dubai Courts latest offering is also the first service of its kind that allows users to utilize it via a downloadable app for their mobile phones or by coming to the Dubai Courts building and using the self-service device to announce their declarations where the payment can be paid in cash or by credit card.
