Boggi Milano Spring/Summer 2015 Collection
Boggi Milano Spring/Summer 2015 Collection

The new Boggi Milano Collection is for the man whose first priority is quality: items with a tailored feel and Italian taste, in which high-quality materials combine with modernity. The collection is perfect for the man who wants to feel laidback and relaxed when wearing elegant tailored items in exclusive fabrics, and who wants a timeless look in casual wear.

The collection is available in many shades of blue, and soft and delicate light dusty tones that are perfect for making a man attractive and intriguing:  halfway between a dandy style and that timeless feel that has always been part of the Boggi Milano look.

The suit is the undisputed star this season:  it is available in several variations and is set at the centre of attention as the most important item in a man’s wardrobe.

The suit draws its inspiration from Italian tailoring, with micro- and macro-overcheck patterns, set-in sleeves, and a three-button jacket with the lapel covering the top button for that two-button effect that is a timeless feature of high-quality Neapolitan tailoring.

Clothes for town-wear feature a jacquard weave to give the fabric a three dimensional effect, drop 8 fit with slim lapels, and pinstripes with patch pockets. The deconstructed broken suits are in garment-dyed Panama cotton, to be worn with Madras-check linen in exclusive patterns and cotton-knit ties.

For a total look, even the shirts and ties in the collection have been produced exclusively for Boggi Milano by the most important Italian-fabric producers in micro floral and geometric designs to add a distinctive cutting-edge feel to the whole outfit.
The jacket line also features a touch of colour: garment-dyed green linen and denim-effect stone-washed linen, explosive overchecks on a pink background and blue checks, as well as an over-dyed jacket in an ultra-soft knit of natural two-tone linen.

Linen is also featured strongly in the Resort line: woven t-shirts, unstructured jackets whose colours and shapes recall the elegance and style of cafés in the colonies, as well as shirts in end-on-end linen, Irish linen and jacquard linen in sophisticated tones of burgundy and green.

This is a style game based on mixing items together:  the individual pieces can give rise to different looks by using your own taste within the various style themes. This is a new sophisticated way of looking at a sports line by the inclusion of very-fitted pointed-lapel double-breasted jackets, waistcoats and ties.

A tailored look for the world of tennis: polo shirts featuring strong graphics, new shirts with vertical and horizontal stripes, and the traditional cable-knit sweater, are all now available in bottle green. Once again, blue bursts out in all its many shades. First of all, natural indigo is used in every kind of item: shirt- jackets, jeans, polo-shirts, sweatshirts, shirts and sweaters that never seem the same, but instead open up new personal horizons depending on the combinations your own imagination suggests.
