Novotel Fujairah is announced as Best Performer for Guest satisfaction amongst Accor brand hotels in the Middle East
Novotel Fujairah has won two awards for championing Guest Satisfaction. The hotel has earned Best Performer award for Overall Satisfaction outperforming other Accor brand hotels in the region.
Novotel Fujairah also scored highest in the Guest willingness to recommend the property amongst the Accor brand hotels in the Middle East and won Best Net Promoter Index award.
General Manager of Novotel, Ibis and Adagio Fujairah Mr Karim Zaki says he could not wish for a better start to the year : ‘’We are thrilled to be on the top of the ranking in our region as we continue to provide the best services and facilities to our guests every day’’.
Novotel Fujairah opened in February, 2014. Together with its sister hotels Adagio and Ibis Fujairah they are the first Accor brand hotels in the Emirate of Fujairah.
