Malabar Gold & Diamonds, one of the leading jewellery retailers, opened its 9th outlet  in Dubai, UAE to strengthen its presence in the region. Their latest showroom in Lulu Village, Dubai was inaugurated by the prominent Indian Film Actor Suriya on 10th September 2014 in the presence of Mr. M P Ahammed, Chairman, Malabar Group, Dr. P A Ibrahim Haji, Co- Chairman, Malabar Group; Mr. Shamlal Ahamed M P, Managing Director- International Operations, Malabar Gold & Diamonds ; Mr. Abdul Salam K P, Group Executive Director - Malabar Group ; other Directors, personalities from media and well wishers .

As a part of their celebrations, the group announced fabulous inaugural offers. The customers who purchase diamond jewellery worth AED 5,000 get a 1 gm gold coin absolutely free and a free gold coin can be availed with every purchase of gold jewellery worth AED 3,000. These offers are valid at their outlet in Lulu Village, Dubai till 30th September 2014. 

To make this occasion extra special, the group has unveiled a spectacular collection of jewellery in gold and diamonds in contemporary as well as traditional designs to suit the tastes and needs of their international customers. This is in addition to their branded jewellery segment, Era- Uncut Diamond Collection, Mine- Diamonds- Unlimited, Diva- The Youth Collection, Ethnix- Hand Crafted Designer Jewellery , Divine-Heritage Jewellery Collection, Starlet- Kids Jewellery and Precia-Precious Gem Jewellery that has set a new trend in the jewellery design styles in the Middle East and Indian markets. 

At present, the jewellery chain operates 42 retail outlets in GCC, 2 in Singapore and 75 in India. The group plans to expand its presence in the UAE and other parts of GCC as a part of its dynamic expansion plans to expand their presence and to cater to the growing customer demands. They are planning to launch 2 more outlets in GCC by the end of this month and also have plans to open its renovated outlets in Al Fahidi- Bur Dubai, Hamdan, Gharaffa - Qatar and Al Khobar- Saudi Arabia during this period to substantially enhance the shopping experience of their customers.
