Al Tayer Motors, the official Ford and Lincoln importer-dealer in the UAE, has topped Ford Motor Company’s 2013 Middle East Service Excellence accreditation rankings for its after-sales service centres located at Al Quoz, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Al Khabesi in Dubai, and in Ras Al Khaimah. Premier Motors, the official Ford dealer in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, has also received the certification for its Mussafah facility.
Ford Motor Company conducts an independent audit of the after-sales facilities of all its dealers across various parameters including the call centre, service reception, workshop, parts department and customer follow up process on an annual basis, following which the rankings are compiled.

Al Tayer Motors new after-sales facility in Sharjah as well as in other locations such as Fujairah and Garhoud will be included in the certification process in the next phase.
Additionally, the UAE dealership also has the highest percentage of Ford Motor Company certified technicians in the Middle East region. Technicians at Al Tayer Motors and Premier Motors undergo rigorous training including web-based and classroom sessions as part of the Ford certification process.
