The year 2015 was marked by success for Global Innovations. Over the past twelve months the travel technology and solutions firm was able to take off to a higher level.
Amid the rapidly changing technology within the tour industry, many Destination Management Companies (DMC) are forced to draw alongside the most advanced users of ERP software. And since Dubai has once again become the top luxury destination in the Middle East for first-class travelers, Global Innovations realized its potential to bring more business by focusing more on its strength: innovation. It has been concentrating on research and development in the past months and was able to completely revolutionize their business by upgrading the system with the latest available technology for all the modules.
The 2015 timeline
This year Global Innovations has successfully launched its updated I-Itinerary modules at the Arabian Travel Market to which they have been joining for the past 10 years. The upgrades consist of an enhanced Reservation and Back Office Module, Financial Accounting Module and B2B Module with lots of added features and functionalities making the system more user-friendly and very convenient to use. These modified versions are at par with available solutions in the market and have changed everything about how tour operators connect with their clients and suppliers. With these much better versions it will definitely be able to improve tour operations and increase sales.
Leaving the year 2015
Looking back, Global Innovations is grateful it has achieved the targets set for the year. It has created a Research & Development team that is responsible for the improvement and fine-tuning of the products. On the business side, it has gained new customers and clients including a partnership that will soon tap the Saudi market.
But in every success there is a formula. Global Innovations’ achievements are based on important principles it is holding: Never promise what you can’t deliver, otherwise, don’t promise at all. Global Innovations always focuses on providing solutions for existing problems or needs and sees to it that customers get the standard support and services they are entitled to.
As the year 2015 is close to an end, Global Innovations is already planning out their next step for the upcoming year 2016: more technological advancement and opening new markets (both local and international) are just a few on their bucket list. The company is looking forward to an international partnership as well as the launch of another set of completely new modules which will give more flexibility to DMCs. Overall, Global Innovations is carrying forward to 2016 the great things it has started and will continue pursuing excellence through ongoing improvement.
